The idea for Beit Beitek was born from my cherished memories of my parents inviting guests over for family dinners. They always made sure every single person felt at home.

This spirit of hospitality isn't just unique to my upbringing – it's a thread that weaves through the beautiful tapestry of our Palestinian culture.

I experienced this firsthand during my visits to Palestine, where every encounter was an invitation to share tea, laughter, and sometimes even a home-cooked meal.

With Beit Beitek, I aspire to recreate that same sense
